Possibly the most popular part of our service from your clients point of view. If their case falls through for any reason we do not charge for any work carried out on their behalf. All we ask is to be reimbursed for any fees (eg search fees) that may have been paid out. |

We will appoint a solicitor on the same day we are instructed - usually within the hour.Your appointed account manager will work to push your cases through in the quickest possible time - both for vendor and purchaser - which should result in a noticeable decrease in turnaround times. |

All of the conveyancing work can be dealt with by post which means that your clients don't have to take time off work to visit their solicitor. However if they want to see their solicitor they can arrange an appointment. |

If you or your clients use the internet you can access online case reports via a secure username and password giving you up to date information 24 hours a day 7 days a week - when most other solicitors are closed. |

Text message updates
Your clients don't have to be on the internet or have a computer to recieve updates on how their case is progressing. They can telephone their solicitors as usuall and we will also send text message progress updates to their mobile telephone. We can even brand the text message under your chosen name. |
